Alex Otto
founder AND HEAD coach
As the founder of eleade and former instructor of the Video Analysis team of the German National team, Alex has been involved in professional football for over 10 years.
Starting with his first individual player, Josh Laws, who turned pro in 2020 by signing a contract with A-League team Wellington Phoenix, Alex & the Eleade Germany team have worked with several players from Australia, the US and other countries. Having a team of professionals in all fields of football around the individual player makes eleade unique and ensures a consistent development of all players that are part of the eleade family.
Our coaching team
The eleade coaching team in Germany is hand picked and consists of specialists in the field of individual football training, Strength & Speed, Video Analysis and performance testing.
All our coaches have been/are athletes themselves and gained experience in Coaching in semi- to pro-level environments.

eleade Germany provides players in the area of Cologne with individual training and performance testing.
Our Video analysts are also working with professional players from Bundesliga 1-4 by providing them with individual game analysis which are either presented in person or via Zoom.
All our coaches strive to help our players reach their full potential. The key part for us is the focus on the individual player and providing an all round approach including individual sessions (football or S&C), Video Analysis and performance testing.
