Jan Schmidt
Executive Director AND HEAD coach
After growing up and playing his whole youth Career in Frankfurt (Germany), Jan has started his coaching career at 17 years old. While studying Sports & Performance at the German Sports University in Cologne he has been involved with coaching and coaches education for Clubs like Fortuna Köln and Bayer Leverkusen and the DFB.
Coaching in Australia since 2020, Jan has now an in depth understanding of the football markets in both, Australia and Germany and knows what it takes to help players reach their full potential.
Our coaching team
The eleade coaching team is recruited all over Germany and selected based on their own playing and coaching career and furthermore their professionalism and mindest. All eleade coaches have a background in Coaching, Science and Video Analysis which is elementary to help individual players develop with a long term plan and a Coach on their side who guides them through all the challenges that football and life will bring.

All our coaches strive to help our players reach their full potential. The key part for us is the focus on the individual player and providing an all round approach including individual sessions (football or S&C), Video Analysis and performance testing.
